Aisales is a product of Aigentry FZ-LLC (planned IFZA Dubai registration). We take the privacy of buyer enquiries and agency operational data seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, where it lives, and how long we keep it.
1. Who we are
Aisales is the AI sales-agent platform you embed on your website and connect to your WhatsApp Business number. The platform is operated by Aigentry FZ-LLC (the “Company”). The Company acts as a data processor for the personal data of your buyers and enquirers; your agency is the data controller of that data.
2. What we collect
From buyers and enquirers chatting with your agent:
- Conversation transcripts (web widget + WhatsApp Business)
- Name, phone, and email when voluntarily shared in the conversation
- Stated buyer intent (budget, area, bed count, financing posture)
- Channel metadata (timestamp, message direction, device hint)
From agency owners and agents using the admin workspace:
- Sign-in identity via Microsoft Entra External ID (email + display name)
- Agency operational data (listings, leads, conversations, settings)
- Audit log of admin actions taken inside the workspace
3. Where your data lives
Conversation data, listing data, lead records, and uploaded media all live in Azure UAE North (Dubai datacentre). Authentication identity (email, display name) is processed by Microsoft Entra External ID for customers, which is a global service; we do not store passwords. Operational logs of the admin web application are processed inside Azure UAE North.
4. Why we process it
- To deliver the Aisales product as contracted by your agency
- To qualify enquiries and route hot leads to your agents
- To improve product quality through aggregated, de-identified usage signals
- To comply with UAE regulatory obligations (RERA, ADREC where applicable) when your agency requests our cooperation
We do not sell buyer data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party AI models for any party other than the contracted LLM gateway processing the active conversation.
5. Retention
Conversation transcripts and lead records are kept for the lifetime of your active subscription, plus 90 days after cancellation for export purposes. On request we will delete a specific enquirer's data within 30 days (subject to legal retention obligations).
6. Buyer rights
A buyer may ask to view, correct, export, or delete their personal data held by Aisales by contacting your agency, or by emailing info@aisales.ae. We respond within 30 days.
7. Subprocessors
We rely on a short list of subprocessors:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting (Azure UAE North) + Entra External ID for customers (global)
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI — conversation language model (Azure UAE North where the model SKU is available; otherwise EU)
- Meta WhatsApp Business — messaging delivery (per Meta's regional infrastructure)
- SendGrid — transactional email alerts to your agents
8. Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the top and notify active agencies via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Material changes are also surfaced inside the admin workspace.
