These Terms govern your agency's use of Aisales. By starting a paid subscription you accept them on behalf of your agency. If you don't agree to any part, don't start the subscription.
1. Parties
“Aisales” is the AI sales-agent product operated by Aigentry FZ-LLC (the “Company”), based in Dubai, UAE. “You” / “your agency” is the UAE-licensed real-estate brokerage signing up.
2. Plans & pricing
Three plans are available:
- Starter — AED 1,500 setup + AED 750/month
- Growth — AED 3,000 setup + AED 1,500/month
- Pro — AED 6,000 setup + AED 3,000/month
Prices are in AED, exclusive of VAT. Setup is one-time and includes listing import, brand customisation, and WhatsApp Business onboarding. Monthly fees are billed in advance from the go-live date.
3. What you get
A branded AI sales agent on your website and WhatsApp Business number,
an admin workspace at admin.propbot.ae (subject to
migration), bilingual EN/AR conversations, lead scoring, photo and
brochure delivery, and the features published on the pricing page at
the time of your sign-up.
4. Cancellation
No minimum term. You may cancel any month with 30 days' written notice to info@aisales.ae. On cancellation we export your conversation history and lead database to Excel, hand it over, and decommission your tenant. There are no exit fees and no clawback on the setup fee.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that Aisales will not be used to:
- List properties you are not lawfully authorised to market
- Misrepresent the regulatory permit (RERA / DLD / ADREC) of any listing
- Solicit minors
- Generate or distribute content that violates UAE law
We will suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without refund of the setup fee.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly availability for the admin workspace and the chat widget. The WhatsApp channel depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business uptime, which we don't control. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and inside the workspace.
7. Your data
Your conversation data, listings, and lead records are yours. We process them as your data processor — see our Privacy Policy for full detail. You can export everything at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Aisales product (code, brand, UI, AI prompts) belongs to the Company. Your tenant data, including any branding assets you upload, remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use your branding inside the product for the duration of your subscription.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, the Company's total liability under these Terms in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for consequential losses (lost deals, lost commissions, reputational harm) beyond that cap.
Aisales is a sales assistant, not a regulated financial or legal advisor. Mortgage indications generated by the bot are illustrative, not committed offers. Your agents remain responsible for closing accuracy and compliance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Dubai. Disputes are submitted to the Dubai Courts in the first instance.
11. Changes to the Terms
When we change these Terms we update the date at the top and notify active agencies via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
